Coastal Comedy was founded in 2015 and is a regular stand-up comedy show of live entertainment for over 18s in Bournemouth, Poole in Dorset and Ringwood in hampshire.

We offer a unique comedy experience bringing famous faces to the South West and offering live entertainment close up and personal in our intimate venues.

Each Coastal Comedy show has a line up of 3 professional comedians, plus host, including a TV Headliner as seen on programmes such as: Mock the week (BBC2), 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4) or Live at the Apollo (BBC1), for example. Plus the host and is a great night out for couples, work do's, groups of friends, or come on your own just book early to avoid any disappointment.

Coastal Comedy is a small independent business run by Adrienne who is a comic herself and has a passion for comedy and books the acts as well as promotes and hosts every show! Each line-up is hand picked to ensure the best fit for the audience and the most belly laughs.

In our first year we reached the semi finals for 'Best Night Out' as part of the prestigious Bournemouth Tourism Awards, reached the finalist stage in 2017 and again became finalists for the 'Best Night Out' as part of the Bournemouth and Poole Tourism Awards 2018 (BAPTAs)! 2019 found us Gold Winners of the 'Night Time Award' as part of the BH Star awards.

2020/21 Coastal Comedy won The Prestige Award for Stand up Comedy Specialist of the Year (Dorset) and the Prestige Award for Best Comedy Club in the Southwest 21/22, and most recently the prestige award for best entertainment venue 2022/23. As well as the trip advisor's travelers choice award 2023 placing us in the top 10% of attractions worldwide.
