Multi-award-winning Coastal Comedy returns to The Barn with a hand-picked line-up of some of the UK’s finest stand-up acts.
Headlining is Simon Brodkin, who first rose to fame with his outrageous comedy characters including “comedy legend” (The Sun) Lee Nelson. His TV appearances include Live at the Apollo, Sunday Night at the Palladium, The John Bishop Christmas Show and Children in Need.
He’s also made global headlines with iconic stunts, such as showering FIFA boss Sepp Blatter with dollar bills and handing then-Prime Minister Theresa May a P45.
Now performing as himself, Simon has taken the UK comedy scene by storm. His recent Screwed Up tour was extended four times due to phenomenal demand, including three sell-out nights at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, plus a headline appearance at the Royal Variety Performance.

Multi-award-winning Coastal Comedy brings you the festive funny at The Barn with a hand-picked line-up of some of the UK’s finest stand-up acts.
Our headline act Scott Bennett is one of the UK’s most respected stand-up comedians, with appearances on Live at the Apollo (BBC1) and The Royal Variety Performance (ITV). He’s a regular voice on BBC Radio 4, appearing on The News Quiz, The Now Show and alongside Sarah Millican on Elephant in the Room.
Scott has supported Mickey Flanagan on tour, including a 10,000-seat arena show, and previously toured nationally with Rob Brydon, as well as supporting Jason Manford and John Bishop. His BBC Radio 4 stand-up specials include Stuff (2023) and Blood Sugar Baby (2025).
During lockdown, Scott created the viral hit Stand Up from the Shed, earning national coverage across BBC News, Sky News and Five Live. He was voted Best Act at the Comics’ Comic Awards and nominated for Best Club Comedian at the Chortle Awards and we cannot wait to welcome him to Ringwood to headline this special show.
